Angela Arnold – Principal

Angela Arnold, Principal, Magnavaria

Angela has over a decade of experience delivering proven results for customers large and small, private and public. She has experience and expertise in e-business consulting, marketing consulting, user centered design, information systems design, creative, visual design, direct sales, content strategy and copy writing. Both as a team lead for a management consultancy and, more recently, in her independent work with MagnaVaria, Angela has always been focused on results. Whether it involves a web or brand redesign, a marketing plan, or market research, she finds her fulfillment in working with clients toward a shared vision. She is a true believer in the power of creativity.

Angela earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Social Science from the University of Michigan. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Information from the University of Michigan.

Sean Arnold, CSSBB, CPIM - Principal

Sean Arnold, Principal, MagnaVaria

Sean has over 15 years of experience in operations and marketing, ranging from designing production flows on the shop floor to developing marketing strategies for new product launches. As a result, he has come to appreciate the intersection between the internal workings of a business and its public face. He spent years as a management consultant advising Fortune 500 companies and has extensive experience in data analysis and research, process improvement, product development, product marketing and sales.

Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master in Business of Administration from the University of Michigan. He has a Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from The Association for Operations Management and is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
